Common questions

How do I report content or someone’s behavior? Tap Report on any rating, review, comment, or profile. We review reports and aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours. See our Community Guidelines.

How do I block someone? Open their profile and choose Block. Blocked accounts can’t interact with you or see your activity.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and the content associated with it, including photos you uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details on what’s retained.

How do I turn notifications off? Notification permissions are controlled in the iOS Settings app, under Loom.

How do I make a review private? Mark the review private when you post or edit it. Private reviews aren’t shown to other users.
