1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Loom, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Loom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use Loom.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You own the content you post, and you are responsible for it. By posting, you grant Loom a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app to operate the service.

Loom has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to abuse, harass, or impersonate others. Prohibited content and conduct are described in our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

You can report content or users and block other users from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

The Loom app — including its software, design, and original content, but excluding user content — is owned by its operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

“Loom” is a common word used by other businesses in other fields. The Loom name and logo are used here to identify this beauty app and its services; we make no claim to the word “Loom” outside that use.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Loom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Loom and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
